Jerry Begly

Jerry Begly

Jerry Begly has produced the world's first children's picture book to be edited using hybrid energy, at his home, Chalet Begly, in Marble, Colorado.  As a freelance cartoonist, Jerry's work has appeared in print in ads around the Roaring Fork Valley.  His comic strip "Camp Pinetar," ran in the Aspen Daily News in 1989-90, and he has illustrated several books, including "Dad, the Tooth Fairy Didn't Come!" (Treesock Press, 2011).

Jerry's newest projects include two adult humor and satire books.  Life in the Roaring Fork Valley is the fodder for one of them.

He lives off the grid at Chalet Begly with his wife, and four of his seven children, high above Marble, Colorado.

GENRE NOTES:

Humor – a comical book that appeals to adults too. His next 3 books will be adult satire.
