Voters Pass Library Funding Measure

Thank You Voters

The election results are a big win for Garfield County Libraries.

Our community has chosen to continue to invest in our local libraries. Ballot measure 6A will help restore hours, retain qualified staff, and help ensure that children, seniors, and families have access to great local libraries. Residents have a long history of supporting our services and this was no exception.

We want to thank the voters and all the community members who volunteered their time to help pass this critical measure.

Stay tuned in the coming months for information on how the libraries will expand the collection of available books and materials, enhance library classes and services, and restore hours of operation.
