The libraries are partnering with the Mindful Life Program, based in Carbondale, to present four free mindfulness workshops. Co-founders Laura Bartels and John Bruna are experienced mindfulness teachers having presented around the country. Join us for a chance to learn more and come away with ideas on incorporating this concept into all areas of life.
