Halloween 2018

Storytime Halloween Parades
Young children are invited to four of the Garfield County Libraries for Halloween Parades. Each event is free and features costumes and trick-or-treating as we get together during daytime hours to enjoy the holiday with each other and downtown businesses. These events are local favorites, so be sure to get their early.

Tuesday, October 30 at 10:30 a.m. - Glenwood Springs Branch Library
Wednesday, October 31 at 10:30 a.m. - New Castle Branch Library, Silt Branch Libary, Rifle Branch Library

Spooky Storytime
Calling all ghouls and goblins! Join us for a morning of spooky stories, creepy crafts, and a trail of treats during a special Spooky Storytime. Costumes encouraged! This free event will conclude with a costume parade around the library. It is open to all young children, and replaces the regularly scheduled Infant and Toddler Storytime on this date.

Wednesday, October 31 at 10:30 a.m. - Carbondale Branch Library
