Join Laura Goodwin from the Garfield County Senior Program for a weekly low-impact class at the library. It will focus on functional mobility for arthritis, better health, and fall prevention for seniors. The class will contain both stand up and seated lessons, depending on the ability and comfort level of the participants.
Space is limited to 15 participants per session so please sign up in advance. Register by calling Debby at 970-945-9191 ext. 3084 or emailing email@example.com.
