About the Author

Donna Lee Humble is an International Lifestyle & Wellness Coach and Holistic Health Practitioner, specializing in computerized bioenergetic testing. She is a Spiritual Teacher, Speaker, Emotional Release Expert, and Creator of the Higher Self Care series, leading workshops and group and private wellness programs. Since 2001, she is known around the globe for bringing you back to the wisdom within by empowering you to embrace your passion, purpose, and natural state of peace in body, mind, and spirit. Having overcome a plethora of emotional trauma and physical ailments herself through natural means, she has joyfully served thousands of holistic-minded women and men as they refine their health and wellness.

Donna Lee lives in the heart of the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. She finds great pleasure in traveling to the beach as often as possible. A professional wildlife watercolor artist, she enjoys painting, hiking in nature, yoga, tennis, river rafting, skiing, and spending quality time with her husband, two adult children, and grandchildren whenever possible.
