Meeting and Study Rooms

We have meeting rooms and study rooms available for use at all our branch libraries.

Library meeting spaces, including our community rooms and study rooms, are now available FREE OF CHARGE to all members of the community for the presentation and exchange of information and opinions of all kinds.

Please read our Meeting Room Policy. All meeting rooms are ADA accessible and include a Loop System to assist the hearing impaired. Please complete the online Meeting Room Request form and a library staff member will contact you to confirm availability. You may also download a Meeting Room Request form and return the completed form to the library whose meeting room you are requesting, or you may ask for a form at any of our branch libraries. Forms may be sent online, via email, fax or in person.

Interested in our small study rooms?  Study rooms may be reserved up to one week in advance.  See our Study Room Policy and use the contact form or call the library branch for reservations.
