Do you need a formal dress for prom or a special event?  The New Castle Branch Library will have donated dresses available to try on and take home at a special giveaway event.  Teens will each be able to try on dresses, get their picture taken, and take one dress home for free. The giveaway will be held on Friday, March 27 from 10 am to 5 pm, and on Saturday, March 28 from 10 am to 1 pm.  Donations are currently being accepted by the library.
